In this Culver City remodel and addition project, our team stepped in after plans were permitted to help realize a home that could meet the demands of a highly engaged, multi-functional household. Through both construction and key interior design contributions, we focused on refining how the home functions—layering purpose into every space.
The kitchen became the operational core of the house, tailored to the family’s daily rhythms. Every drawer, cabinet, and surface was designed around their specific food routines, dishware, and prep needs—resulting in casework that’s as personal as it is practical.
The compact laundry area doubles as a dog-wash station and a surf gear drying zone. Plus custom built-in cabinets in the kitchen pantry and bathrooms.
The accessory unit does it all: playroom by day, office for mom, guest space and overflow for entertainment. Our casework solution embedded a Murphy bed, integrated desk, and generous storage for toys, linens, and clothing—quietly transforming the space as needed.
