This multi-level remodel saw the addition of a full fireplace and the renovation of a staircase, laundry area, and bedroom. The fireplace, located in the heart of the living room, helps to warm the area and bring comfort to this gathering space. At the same time, the wall for the second level bedroom has been opened to give the client a view to the living room below, where she could watch her grandchildren play.
